To prepare the dressing: In a bowl, mix peanut butter, soy sauce, sesame oil, grated ginger, mashed garlic, hot sauce, honey, and lemon juice (1 tablespoon optional), and stir until the ingredients are well combined.

To prepare the salad: In a large bowl, add the pre-cooked noodles, chopped cabbage, shredded carrot, chopped coriander, sliced green onion, sliced radish, sesame seeds, and the prepared dressing. Stir well and serve.
