In a bowl, layer fruits and sprinkle sugar over each layer until all ingredients are used.

Cover and refrigerate for 2 days to allow the sugar to draw out the juice.

Pour the fruit and its juices into a pot over heat. Once it starts boiling, remove any foam that appears. Add lemon juice to taste for acidity.

Pour the mixture onto a tray and cover it with a fine mesh or cheesecloth. Dry under the sun for 1–2 days, or bake in the oven at 60°C until fully dried.
